Returns & Exchanges Policy

Order Cancellation Policy

A grace period of 6 hours is allowed for cancelling orders for an immediate refund (Unless 'Express' or 'Royal Mail' shipping is chosen, in which case shipment will take place before this), however, after this, once preparations for your order have started, we cannot guarantee that cancellation requests can be fulfilled. 

Full Price Items

Should you wish to return or exchange your item for any reason you may do so within 14 days of receiving the product as long as your shipping address is in one of the following: US Mainland, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Brazil, Israel, Russia, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Poland. Returns and exchanges are free in these countries.

Please note that returns and exchanges are not guaranteed if you are outside one of the regions listed above.

Sale/Discount Items

For items purchased at a sale or discount price we are unable to offer a return for a refund, however items may be returned for store credit or exchanged for a different size as long as your shipping address is in one of the following: US Mainland, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Brazil, Israel, Russia, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Poland. Please note you may have to pay for shipping.

If you are outside these countries we will do our best to process a return for you but please note that this is not guaranteed. 

If you receive a faulty product then a return/refund will be accepted in any country as long as reasonable evidence is provided. 

What if not all of the items I ordered have arrived?

Due to our different suppliers, each item may have a separate delivery date and will probably not arrive all at once. Only contact us if one of your items has not arrived after its due delivery date.
